What is a breakthrough session for?
A breakthrough session can be a powerful way to gain clarity and insight into your current situation, identify any limiting beliefs or patterns that may be holding you back, and develop an action plan to move forward and achieve your goals.
What's involved?
During a breakthrough session, we will work together to explore your current challenges and goals, identify any unconscious or subconscious beliefs that may be impacting your progress, and develop strategies and action steps to help you overcome any obstacles and achieve your objectives.
The session will typically last 60-90 minutes, is conducted online. Prior to the session, I will provide you with a self-awareness questionnaire to complete, which will help us identify areas of focus and develop a tailored approach to your breakthrough session.
